Forrester found that firms consider reliability, manageability, and cost when shopping for security technologies

A recent survey conducted by Forrester found that firms do not only focus on the cost of the security-related technologies when they are considering buying them. The most important criteria turned out to be reliability, manageability and the cost--in that order.
